Nancy C Everitt, PMP®, CAPS®, CEO and Founder

Meet Nancy Everitt, HEOPS Founder and CEO. She's a recognized health care Industry innovator with expertise in emerging tech, managed care and VBC with both provider and plan experience.

N. Everitt conceptualized and led the development of The CENTIPEDE Health Network - the first national MLTSS/HCBS /SDOH network and enterprise credentialing framework to a best in class framework. She is currently developing MLTSS VBC pilots.

She leads strategic visioning, innovation and ideation, key plan relationships and partnerships. N. Everitt also serves as the PMO Director/Portfolio Manager for the HEOPS PMO.

N. Everitt is passionate about health and social equity and serves on the Board of the Women’s Leadership Center at Arkansas State University and is on the Board of Shelters to Shutters in Nashville, TN

Nicole Bond, PMP®, Sr PM Project Management Office

Meet Nicole Bond, PMP, an integral part of the HEOPS Project Management Office (PMO). N. Bond is a project management and compliance professional who leads the operational responsibilities for the HEOPS PMO.

She assisted in the development of the LEIE/OFAC automation compliance process for HEOPS and assists with requirements definition and testing on HEOPS automation and e-documents. N. Bond also provides monitoring and controlling in alignment with the Strategic PMO portfolio.

Peter J Kapolas, BSN, PMP® CPHQ LSSBB, SVP Program Ops/Quality

Meet Peter Kapolas, PMP, SVP Program Ops/Quality for LIFE COORDINATED INC (a HEOPS Company)

P. Kapolas is a quality expert and lean six sigma black belt responsible for leading the organizational accreditation strategy and quality framework including but not limited to URAC, NCQA, Baldridge. He also serves as the Corporate Compliance Officer. His career includes large health plan and home care agency experience as well as sall private an entrepreneurial companies.

In 2021, Peter Kapolas was recognized by TNCPE as the Katie Rawls Champion of Excellence Award as a champion of quality.
